Have you ever wondered where negative thinking, intrusive thoughts or overthinking stems from? Why do you have them, and what do you do with them? You feel like some force is controlling your mind. You feel stressed, depressed, anxious and sad even when you try to meditate. What do you think I should do? For I am lost, please help me.
I used to struggle with how my mind and thoughts were patterned and moulded and the feelings that came with them. I learned that to overcome intrusive/negative thoughts fully, one needs to know their origin so that you will be able to root them out whenever they show up.
In this blog post, I trace the origin of negative thoughts, why you have them, and how to eliminate them. The premise to permanently eliminate negativity consists of ALLNESS, so I encourage you to put on the ALLNESS MINDSET. I want to share with you the root cause of negative thoughts from an ALLNESS point of view, how lives have been impacted, and demonstrate that the only way to quit negative thoughts and the voices in your head is to accept SELF— as your true and ONLY SELF ALLNESS.
Many years ago, I found out that the idea I had of my “self,” or who I thought I was, was the root cause of all negative thoughts and the reason why it was impossible to trace the source of my negative thoughts and thinking, talk-less of stopping or controlling my thoughts. Then I discovered that negative thoughts, thinking, fears and confusion are all because I saw my “self” from a human perspective – because humans focused solely on perceiving, knowing, feeling and seeing the “self” from the outside and never from the ALLNESS OF GOD point of view.
When you look at the root cause of negative thoughts from the ALLNESS OF GOD premise, where God IS All in All and that ALL things came out of God, you will realize that the whole of human creation is based on assumptions. It is the assumption that there are other things, power, besides God.
