The ONLY Route To Escape Pain In This Increasing Stressful World

People today are experiencing such intense sensitivity and pain that many can’t cope with our current world. I hear this repeatedly—about the political climate, economic situation, family addictions, or friendships. People say, “This can’t be my home,” or “This isn’t the place I want to live in.” Many express that they don’t want to live in this world anymore.

Have you felt this way or encountered others who have shared these feelings? Let me know in the comments below. People seek escape from today’s pain, darkness and negativity; some have grown to hate themselves, the world, and the emotions it stirs in them.

Much of this stems from our increasingly stressful world. Society has grown more divided, hostile, and alienating, leaving people feeling unsafe and unwelcome. Social isolation and loneliness continue to rise. We can cope effectively when we face pain, change, stress, or danger as a community. However, these challenges become overwhelming when we face them alone.

While this may be a common explanation for today’s tension, stress, and negativity, accepting this view is misleading and won’t help solve the global problem. We must dig deeper to understand the root cause driving the world’s heightened sensitivity to truly address this issue.
